Each of our three collections includes a civil ceremony in the Atrium, a three-course wedding breakfast, drinks for the reception and the toasts, the Sitting Room, Atrium and private bar for the evening, an evening buffet and a dedicated wedding coordinator. The full details and prices are in our brochure, and every collection can be changed to suit you.

Yes. Every wedding has a dedicated wedding coordinator, Claire Lofts, who plans the day with you from your first visit and is there on the day itself.

Up to 100 guests for the ceremony and the wedding breakfast. Evening numbers: TBC.

We are a working hotel, so the restaurant and main bar stay open to other guests. The Atrium, the Sitting Room and a private bar are reserved for your wedding.

Yes, under the Pergoda in our garden, with your guests seated on the lawn.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to allow fireworks due to our neighbouring village and the nearby farm animals.

Yes, we have our own helipad. Speak to our reception team to book the landing, and complete the helicopter landing form before you arrive.

We are a dog-friendly hotel. Dogs are welcome in the bar, and our dog-friendly bedrooms are in the Gatehouse. Talk to your coordinator about the day itself.

Unfortunately, we don’t allow external caterers, as we have a talented and experienced kitchen team who provide all of our catering in‑house.

Yes. Tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when you choose your menu and our kitchen will look after them. A full list of allergens is available on request.

Yes. We can build a tiered cake made entirely of West Country and English cheeses of your choosing, which then becomes a cheese buffet for the evening.

Our own bar team. Local ales come from Exeter Brewery, and our wines come through Christopher Piper Wines of Ottery St Mary.

Yes. We have 26 bedrooms, and breakfast is included in every room rate. The Classically Chic and Simply Stunning collections include the Bridal Suite for your wedding night.

Both. There is a hair salon in the hotel, and Spa Maroc has packages for brides and hen parties, including Bride and Bubbly.

Yes, free parking for 45 cars.
